I cannot express in words how impressed I was with the entire staff at Martin & Castille from the minute they stepped into the house, until the last follow up message. RT was exceptional. He was professional beyond words at a time of great sorrow for myself and my family. He was thorough and understanding and very lighthearted in a very dark time for us. I have worked in the service industry my entire professional career and I hope I made an impact like he did on me. We have great stories to tell about butterflies -- going up and coming down! Thank you for making my mothers farewell perfect.

RT and his crew are awesome. I was picky who cared for my wife while she was here on earth and I was even worst when she passed. Every detail was adhered to and even last minute request was taken in stride. I was very pleased with the services they provided. I recently lost my father and I knew immediately to call Wes at Martin & Castille Downtown. Wes and the entire staff had been so compassionate and caring with my mother and sons funeral 19 years ago; I knew I would receive the same service all these years later. And I was correct in my thoughts, the professionalism and attention to detail does not go unnoticed. From the respect Lane showed as he picked up my father’s remains, to Marcus helping us with the final details of arrangements and Emily assuring my family some last minute additions would be taken care of the day of funeral and RT’s compassion at the cemetery – all treated my family like family and we will always remember that. Martin & Castille Downtown will continue to be the place my family entrust with our loved ones last days on earth.

I truly cannot say enough about Martin & Castille Funeral Home!!! During a time of grief when I felt exhausted and overwhelmed after having lost my mom, they provided me with peace and ease in knowing it would all be taken care of. Their staff was not only professional but kind and extremely organized with all the details. I sat down with one of their directors and she walked me through everything that was needed and always was there to help me if I had forgotten what was next. Not only were they there the day of to help but have contacted me since the funeral to check up and let me know the grief programs offered to me courtesy of Martin & Castille. They helped me to honor my mother with a beautiful celebration of life and I would recommend anyone the same! Truly top notch and class all the way!!

My Father recently passed away and we entrusted Martin and Castille Funeral Home with assisting our family with making final arrangements for him. They were amazing from start to finish. Very helpful with any issue that came up and willing to go out of their way to assist us in any way possible. Our funeral director, Lane was exceptional and remained with us through the entire process assisting us in any way he could.
