I wanted to leave a feedback for Shannon Warenski: As a family, we cannot begin to express our appreciation for Shannon's work and tender care of our mother. I think the best way to describe his service to us was that he became like family for us during this time. Truly a kind and caring ministering angel to our mother and to us. He was helpful, always available, and provided thoughtful suggestions to help us make the best choices. If you get a choice, ask for Shannon. He is outstanding!

Even if you have spoken with a loved one about the wishes they have- it’s devastating. It’s hard to think clearly. Russon Mortuary was the answer for our tender hearts and overwhelmed minds. They really listened and had answers. They are professional yet kind and personable. Our mother looked BEAUTIFUL, better than she had in years. Our family and friends felt welcomed and we were able to celebrate and mourn with no worries. Thank you for the marvelous service you provided our family. Highly recommend.

The staff at Russon Brothers Syracuse were so good at making a difficult time go smoothly. They were so professional, so helpful, and knew just the right things to do and say. They helped us design a very unique grave marker that included my moms handwriting. I’m very grateful for Russon Brothers and would 💯 recommend them.

I can’t say enough good about my experience with Russon Brothers. In spite of a pandemic, and a very difficult situation regarding my husband’s passing, they were so sensitive and patient, and really helped me to figure out what I needed to do next and when. Matt went above and beyond by checking in and texting me to remind me about things that had to be done eminently which I was very grateful for. I was beyond happy with what they had for my husband’s casket. It was the first one I saw when I walked in and it was beyond perfect, affordable, and represented him perfectly. They took time with me I never felt rushed and gave me all sorts of options when I wanted them and helped step in to be a buffer when I didn’t. They are good people with a gift for empathy for these kinds of situations and I am so glad we went with them ❤️

A long time, home town mortuary that has treated our family with the utmost respect. Very professional and do a wonderful job of taking care of your loved ones lost. Nothing but the best of care and compassion was 💯 shown. Thank you so much for preparing Troy for an open casket as you did and my mother looked absolutely beautiful! Amazing people are the Russon family, great people! This will end up being my last stop in life as well. Nothing but love and care in this building ❤️.
