I have an outdoor cat who comes to my house to eat and sleep. We had reduced a kitten who we felt was needed to be accompanied with our outdoor cat. Well our outdoor cat likes to hangout with other cats and lately has been sneezing and coughing. This caught on to our kitten who is almost a year old and when we noticed that she was getting way worse we finally were able to call to make an appointment to a vet. It has been hard lately for me because I don’t have much money but I couldn’t sit there and watch my baby get sicker. I decided to make an appointment at My Kids Have Paws and they were going to make me wait until Monday at 9:30 am to bring her in which I agreed to. I noticed that my kitten had blood and mucus coming from her nose and mouth and decided she really needed to be seen before it got even worse. I called the Animal Hospital-Whitfield on Thornton Ave. They told me that they’re not accepting new patients and that they couldn’t see my kitten ud83dude12. I then called Higdon Animal Hospital PC and they were going to make me wait until Monday too. This was Thursday when I was calling around until I thought about just walking into National Spay Alliance once they came back from their break right at 2:30. I always take my dogs and cats here btw. They were so willing to help me knowing how bad my kitten was feeling and told me to come the next day in which I did and canceled my Monday appointment at the other vet. I really appreciate the time they took for my baby and found a spot available. I can’t thank them enough my kitten is feeling so much better !
