I used to swear by this place, but it's gone downhill over the last year or so. Prices are outrageous! I requested some trifexus for my dog, and they said I'd have to bring him in. I bought it off Ebay for a cheaper price. I use a different vet now, and I'm much happier and so is my little buddy. They care about $ more than customer satisfaction. We're done with this place. I highly recommend Higdon Animal hospital.
So disappointed w the staff this past few days.. To be told I am not who I claim to be is such an insult and for it to follow along in person is even worse.. This is the only vet I've brought my cat to.. Spayed her etc.. Even gave them her folder.. Very rude Dr. Not sure who he was to stand by his incompetent staff .. They lost a loyal customer..
A specific doctor at this vet refused to see my parents’ dogs on two separate occasions (one while the pet was a patient at the facility). My parents’ dog is very sick with possible Pancreatitis, and the doctor refused to see her because she’s not “one of his patients.” This on the same exact day that I know this doctor saw an injured cardinal someone had brought in from their back yard! Poor excuse for a veterinarian.
Great vets. Super friendly employees.
Amazing service. Didn't wait long and the staff was very friendly and caring about my puppy
