I used Jackson Funeral home for a gravesite burial and i recommend them wholeheartedly. It’s a family feel with a genuine and thorough staff. Very professional while very personable allowing this very tough process easier for me and the family. The embalming was perfect. The added gift/presentation from the home was extremely thoughtful and well received. The availability of the fellowship hall for repass use included in the services is a great touch. Working with the program designer, cosmetologist, operations lead and owner were all amazing. Thank you Zee and JFH staff.
Do not ever use this funeral home unless you want the worst customer service ever. They will lie and never speak a word of the truth. Lying comes so natural from the people in this business without any concern for the people they are suppose to serve with respect and honesty. There has got to be another choice for your family because you will be devastated , disappointed and extremely hurt after you pay for services with this company. My nephew tombstone is wrong and its going on 2 years without it being corrected. The lies keep coming and it is ridiculous for it to take this much time for them to correct an error they caused. I implore you to save your money and heartache it is not worth it to do business with this company. They are not ashamed of their poor, lack of professionalism and disrespect that pours out of the mouth of the person that answers the phone every time I call and trust me when I say I have called too many times to count. Please do not do business with this company for any reason. It is not even justified because one would think you get what you pay for but not with Jackson because the cost is not cheap and you are treated as if it was so. I had to give the 1 star in order to post because a 5 negative star review wasn't available.
