There really is not enough good I could say to explain how incredible of a person Wendy and the staff here are. Our family experienced a very sudden, unexpected, and tragic loss and were all devastated. We had never had to plan a funeral and didn't know where to start. That's when I was given the phone number to Phoenix Funeral Services and spoke with Wendy. From the very moment I spoke with her on the phone she gave me an immediate sense of relief and comfort and that never changed even after my mother had been buried. She and her team were professional, kind, empathetic, and so much more. I highly recommend using this funeral home because burying a loved one is an extremely difficult process and having someone like Wendy by your side walking you through each step is such a blessing.

The care and Love she and her staff has shown not only my Dad, but myself and my family has been above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. Despite the unfortunate circumstances/events that took place, I had a great experience with this funeral company. They are very family oriented and organized and down to earth. Phoenix Funeral Services were wonderful to work with. They helped me arrange for my father's interment in a local Veterans' cemetery, as I had come in from out of State and was unfamiliar with a lot of the process and not at all with the area. The cost for the services etc. were very reasonable and the subsequent information they provided was very helpful with regard to transitioning my father's affairs to his wife. I absolutely recommend Phoenix funeral services!
