Enjoyed the thoroughness of the vet. She took the time to explain her exam findings, lab results, and recommendations to keep my penny pie healthy in the years to come. Awesome clinic, I highly recommend them. The vet techs that handled penny were also very kind.
I just got off the phone with their office and was highly impressed with the customer service along with the help they provided me with.nI am undoing a legal pursuit on a different vet's office. The Desert clinic was very kind, and have me highly valuable information on what could be the best option for me, given seeking a dental experts opinion. I truly appreciate how noble Dr.Nelson is and the receptionist to give me advice outside their practice. Such a wonderful staff! This office is so clean and professional from the time you walk in. They are friendly to the animals and to their humans. We love our Vet! Our little dog rather follow her around after a visit then run away and hide. They are easy to get in with and listen, communicate and follow through with every appointment.
