The Richard Robinson Funeral Home staff are phenomenal. The staff are warm, caring and compassionate. Ms. Eileen, in particular, held my sister and my hand throughout the entire burial process. My mother’s going home service was beautiful. Many members of my family remarked that it was “the best service” they’d attended or that the service was “classy” and 0well organized”. So many decisions had to be made and the staff guided us effectively through the entire process.nTo the staff-thank you!
I checked around in the Warner Robin's area before choosing this facility. I must say prices were very competitive. This is a very upscale funeral home so think about that when you choose where you want to visit your love one at not just anywhere I would think. I've always believed in you can't go to a dollar store and expect the same quality as a Walmart. When you lose a love one you want to go somewhere that truly feels your pain & sympathy and won't take advantage of you during that time. This is a beautiful facility inside and out just the like the owner and employees. I could not have picked a better place that showed my family and I loyalty, compassionate, care and concern during our bereavement process.
The staff were very professional and caring. We worked with Nichole and it did not matter what we needed everyone made my family and I at ease during this difficult time. My husband's funeral was awesome. My family and I thanks everyone for making our loss so much easier. Great job.
Amazing level of service provided from preparation to day of the Funeral, they are with you each step like they are family also. Providing Entertainment and Staff in place on for each moment. Will definitely recommend them to others.
Very professional, great quality work and awesome service. I couldn't have asked for better service in the Warner Robins, GA. area. They helped me from the beginning and even after the service was over with. It's not one time time I called they didn't provide me with answer.
