Our new dog has just started coming here. We've had experiences with vets in other areas of Atlanta and out of state and can honestly say that the doctors and staff are very caring and understanding. They listen to the owners and pay attention to how the pet reacts to them. It makes things very comfortable.

Jones Bridge Animal Hospital takes the BEST care of our dogs! We have three senior shar peis, and that isn't the easiest breed to care for as they often have a variety of health issues. Our girl had some bad seasonal allergy skin irritations, and they were able to work her into their very busy schedule quickly to get her the relief she needed so badly. I am so grateful for this wonderful team of veterinary professionals!

Even though we moved out to Canton 4 months ago, we knew that when our 12 1/2 year old flat coat retriever needed immediate surgery there was only one place to take her. JBAH and Dr. C are some of the most compassionate people we know. They took excellent care of her and after two days she is almost back to her old self. Really appreciate how quickly they return phone calls and followed up on how she was doing!

Having been referred to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital by our daughter, (whose fur babies have been long time patients), we met with Dr. John Neiland regarding one of our dogs. After consulting two different veterinary hospitals near our home (we live three hours from Johns Creek) we found both Dr. Neiland and his assistant (forgive us as we don’t recall her name!) to be caring and sincerely interested in helping us with our Rascal. We feel very fortunate to have been stationed close by so that we could give Rascal the care we were certain he needed. We highly recommend Jones Bridge Animal Hospital and most especially, Dr. Neiland.
