Ordered flowers for Mother's day and due to a technical issue our order wasn't printed in time for delivery. We contacted Kim, who promptly responded and send our addressee a truly gorgeous bouquet of flowers as well as cupcakes from Frost Me Sweet-- all free of charge due to the mix up. It was such a generous level of customer service--she really went above and beyond!! We cannot wait to use her again and again.

I ordered a vase of flowers for a friends birthday and choose “designers choice” for the arrangement. I was a little nervous since I don’t live in the area but my friend was thrilled with the variety of flowers and the colors were perfect for her.
