Cartersville Animal Hospital

We have been using Dr. Kevin as our vet for twenty plus years. He has always been so caring and he takes time with our animals. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I trust him completely! The staff is wonderful- Nina has been with him for many years and is very helpful when we call. We give them an A+!

The doctor is great and the vet tech was nice. The doctor was kind and compassionate, taking time to talk to me and explain everything. I brought in a 2.5 yr old cat who had stopped eating without any other obvious symptoms. Through an exam and x-rays it was thought she would need to stay overnight & have surgery. They took great care of her that first night & we were lucky enough to avoid the surgery. She's doing great now!

The staff here are not very friendly. The people at the desk did not even greet me when I came in. We were out into a room to wait for a long time before anyone came to even talk to us. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I liked the Vet. He was nice and answered all of our questions and was very helpful. My suggestion if you wish to improve your business: make sure the staff at least act like they care about their jobs.

The best place to take your pets. So nice and will make you feel comfortable on every level.

Have been going to this office for years, wonderful service. Staff is welcoming and making an appointment is very easy. Dr. McElwee is so kind and has helped our animals on so many occasions.
