VCA Lockwood Ridge Animal Hospital

I have been bringing my two dogs to this vet for a few years now. Services tend to be pricey (a good bit higher than my last vet) however, I understand that overhead is probably costly given that they offer emergency services and run a big office. The staff and Dr. Sherell are so friendly and really seem to care about my pets. I have been dealing with doggy illness lately and I appreciate that Dr. Sherell always listens to my concerns, will collaborate and take my input seriously in making treatment decisions, and she is always patient and doesn't rush me out of the office. Overall, I trust the services my dogs receive from this clinic and am a fan of their staff.

Love taking my puppy here. Every time I call the staff is always so friendly, kind, and helpful. I started coming here after COVID so I’ve never been inside, they do a curb pick up /nDrop off. But every time I have interacted with the staff I am happy I am taking my puppy here.

I love this place. Dr. Charlotte Sherell is so lovely, caring, knowledgeable and genuine. I Highly recommend this location for your pet care.

Dr. Alimpic is amazing. I have taken my dogs there for years and she is always so loving, she has compassion for animals and it truly shows. I dont trust leaving my dogs, but I trust her with them. Quality over quantity, always remember you get what you pay for, VCA isn't the cheapest in town, but definitely worth it for the assurance of real vet care.

Their vet tech is selling me a kitten. She told me vaccines are a total rip off and bad for animals. She says she is a breeder and knows best. Even their employees think this is a rip off.
