Bay Road Animal Hospital

We are new to Bay Road Animal Hospital and have to say it has been a most pleasant experience ! ! Every one is caring and professional and we felt that our pets (and us) were getting 100% attention while we were there.nOur visits were followed up with phone calls to check on how things were going. Every issue was explained in detail to make sure we understood the ailment, treatment and which medications were for what and what to expect. Everyone was very thorough and patient with our questions and their explanations and we never felt rushed or like we were just another customer in line. (That is why we left our previous vet's location; after 20 years the owner retired and it felt like it turned into an assembly line for money grabbing) . We're so glad we found a new warm and friendly place for our pet's care.

My dogs have been patients with Dr. Smith and Bay Road Animal Hospital ever since we moved to the area almost seven years ago. Compassionate, knowledgeable and affectionate care are simply how they do business every day. I trust Dr. Smith's advice and rely on his careful attention to my dogs' well-being. His staff are loving and attentive towards their patients and helpful and reassuring to me.

My sweet 16 year old cat had to get her eye removed after many treatments. Dr. Smith and his team took great care of Luci. She came home the next day and she is able to eat, drink water and walk around normally. She looks good and I am so grateful for having her home!

I have been going to Bay Road Animal Hospital for many years. I bring both of my kitties, Addie & Lillie to them and could not be more happy with the doctors and staff. They take great care of my babies and attention they give to my girls is personal and caring. Thank you to the entire staff especially during this pandemic on excellent service.

I have used Bay Road AH for over 20 years...and it will always be my vet of choice. Dr Rosenberry is so patient and takes the time to answer any questions you may have, not to mention work hard at figuring out any problems. This is a first class facility!
