I had a very nice experience coming here for the first time. They all made my (very nervous) dog feel relaxed and calm. Everyone is so nice and they seem like that actually care about the animals! I definitely recommend this place!

Mostly the experience of touring the fascility, meeting staff, seeing the animals and going through the adoption process was flawless and wonderful. The clinic which is related, but separate from the center, is efficient and upbeat. I'd give it a 100% A, except my last encounter with a doctor was really unacceptable. I was there for my dog and she made it about her. I left scratching my head?nnSubsequent visit was excellent; professional and caring.

While I used to love them, they’ve gone downhill big time! After canceling and messing up my appointment twice, they would not allow me to bring my child into the room because only one person is allowed to bring a pet. They do not actually offer curbside, which I asked about. They did not notify me in advance so I could not bring in my child. They won’t even let you if you have 2 or 3 yr old and think people will leave them in their waiting room. I’ve been very safe and careful during Covid, but this takes to step too far. I think it’s important the kids attend the that appointments so they can hear what the vet says. Considering most children drink and eat off their parents plates and cups, this is irrational protocol. Had a been made aware of this before the appointment, I wouldn’t have been so frustrated.

I've never had a better experience at the vet. Incredibly caring and made my old girl feel better before we even left. Could not recommend more. 5 stars.
