Put in an order to be delivered at a fitness center during business hours. The delivery guy shows up after business hours and leaves the basket with a customer. The customer clearly doesn't know what to do with it and leaves it in the locker room bench. Mind you my girlfriend has been calling these people for 3 hours straight while nobody picks up the phone. Anyways, the basket of fruits was left on the locker room bench all night as nobody was clearly there to pick it up.nnThe following day my gf & I call in to get a refund and express how upset we were about this service and treatment. The lady on the phone requests us to return the basket and to ensure we are being honest about the whole thing.nnI explained to the lady that this is a fruit basket and if left out it will go bad. So we threw it away once we came into the office. She said she needs it to return the money. Also that there was a teddy bear on the basket and that needs to be returned.nnI go dig in the trash can and get this product out and return it to the lady. I want to wish anybody out there good luck if you EVER use this company in the future. Also, to the poor soul that will have this used up teddy bear know the trash can I got it out of was only a fitness center. I am sure during a pandemic this is a pretty safe practice.

I placed order an order for same day delivery, I was called to ask if they could do the next day. Not a big a problem but next day I was waiting all day for update and called the store but think it was rerouted to call center. The guy was not helpful and kept getting my confirmation number wrong.nThey delivery did get there but they put my name as the person it was going to and instead of thank you balloons they put get well.nLuckily HR did get the basket and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious but not happy about the wrong balloons and the name to who it was addressed to being wrong.

Someone sent an order I was supposed to receive December 24th. Have yet to receive and tracking # hasn't been updated. Not sure how editable it will be once it arrives. Would never order from here again. You can't even phone and get a live person.

Thanks to Rachel I found the perfect arrangement for a “social distancing” anniversary get together ! Many thanks for the fabulous idea- the individual boxes of chocolate dipped fruit it was an absolute hit!!!

Ordered the valentine arrangement for a couples anniversary and they raved of how beautiful the arrangement was and the fruit was fresh and delicious!
