Banfield Pet Hospital

This place is great to find care for your pet. Customer service is good and prompt. However, doctors are biased and only recommend medication or products found at Petsmart when there are other solutions available. It also seems like doctors are super busy and it’s extremely hard to get to speak to them. I’m sure they get a lot of questions daily, but it’s important to get answers, especially when you only go there once a year but pay monthly...

Quick and friendly service. We moved up from Oregon, and at the Banfield there they struggled with my anxiety-ridden pup. Here they were so understanding, gentle and loving with him that I decided to keep my Banfield account active. Thank you for your top-quality care staff!

Vets have been good, but front staff don't seem to care. I've been lied to, and misled about what is covered under their Wellness Plans. Tons of stuff is only covered for the first year, yet was never told that and only found out when they tried to charge me. Front staff always seem to be in a hurry, and understaffed. During an emergency they had to evacuate the building. Apparently my pet had been put under when they did. I was not informed about it, so when I went to pick her up she was extremely out of it and unsteady when I got home. Her leg was bleeding from what I am assuming was where they had an IV or took blood, which I was also not told about. The emergency wasn't their fault, but they could have at least informed me about what was done, and what to expect, and how to care for her bleeding leg. Look else where if you want quality pet care. It feels like your pet is just another number or bank account to extract money from.

I have used them before in Colorado Springs.....nAnd I use them for my dog's medicated food that my dogs veterinarian recommended......nThey were very kind with my dog to make him more comfortable..... Especially when the nails needed to be cut and trimmed and smoothed out.....nThis question should have been asked of my dog because he looked very happy when he came out His tail was wagging away......
