I like taking my dog Austin their very friendly.
Initially this place was awesome.....but it is either too big, too busy or just uncaring... They take forever to answer phones or to get back with you when you leave a message......our poor doggie was on her way out of this world when we called for their assistance (which they promised would be available anytime)... their first available appointment was 2 days later at the end of the day......No way could our poor girl suffer that long...we arranged with Horse haven hills pet hospital and they came through in a big way with compassion dignity and respect...time to look for a new more humane veterinarian.......
Took my kitten there to get neutered. They were amazing! They were affordable and accommodating. Of course my life isn’t ever in perfect timing. My kiddo had a fever the morning of my cats surgery. Way before all the Corona FYI. They came out to the car got my cat and held him longer after surgery because I was in the ER with my kid. A completely hectic day made a little easier with their help. Couldn’t say enough good things. They also have the best prices in town for procedures!
I have been there twice and both times felt they went above and beyond with the care. Great quality pet care at affordable prices. I would recommend and I do plan on returning for future needs.
The fix machine has been really awesome with my pets. Their prices are super low compared to other places and they really know how to take care of everyone and everything. Location is kind of hidden but not a deal breaker.
