Very affordable for vet urgent care and the staff was wonderful. Because of Covid, I couldn't go in with my kitty and she has acute anxiety. But the staff put her at ease and she even let them give belly rubs! Having a team that my animal trusts eliminates so much anxiety for me. Thank you!

Very nice staff. Vet took really good care of my Boston Terrier and was genuinely concerned about his health issues. She articulated thoroughly what was wrong and came up with a healthy and safe solution for his care. I would definitely recommend this clinic in the unfortunate event you have to bring your fur baby in for urgent medical attention.

Horse Heaven Hills has ALWAYS taken care of us when necessary. From a kitten we had just gotten, to our two dogs, for either routine vaccines or emergency situations, they have been incredible. Our most recent visit was just last week with our dog Riley. Riley had started vomiting blood and we had no idea why. They took her in right away (we called while I started loading up kids and Riley as we live all the way in Connell) and they were ready for her and us. They were able to stabilize her and get her the meds she needed, run tests, and tell us the next steps. They are also professional and humble enough to let us know when it was time to seek a specialty vet since some of her symptoms persisted and they unfortunately did not have the ability to perform certain diagnostic measures.. We were able to get a referral out to a Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist and she is hopefully on the mend, pending more test results.

My 16 year old dog was very ill all the sudden. I took her originally to the one in Pasco, and it was beyond disgusting the way I was treated and my dog. I called Horse Heaven and briefed them on the situation, they advised me they were beyond full, however, spoke to their vet and called me back! And said bring her, we take you guys in. They allowed me in with my dog who was dying, they were kind, honest, and beyond compassionate! They went out of their to me to make sure my dog was well taken care of during her last hours, and I was able to be with her♡ I am truly grateful ♡

We brought our dog in because she was very sick and not eating.nThe staff quickly diagnosed her with parvo and began aggressively treating her with fluids, antibiotics, and medications.nAfter 2 days of treatment, Goldie was doing much better, eating, drinking, and wagging her tail.nShe is well on her way to a full recovery ud83dude42.nI cannot express in words how truly grateful our family is for the professionalism, compassion, and care that the staff at Horse Heaven showed while caring for Goldie, most likely saving her life.
