Unfortunately I've had to deal with a funeral home 4 separate times in approximately a 1 month period, Fortunately it was this funeral home. What a great group of people here. The hospitality, respect, integrity, patience, generosity, kindness, just overall greatness of this team and place has got to be unmatched by anyone around. Prepaid funeral for grandmother suddenly had additional costs. This happened almost two years ago and I still think about it.nWay to take total advantage of the grieving.nnThe FTC regulates funeral homes, they have to provide you with a price list before you look at caskets and the like.nnYou do NOT have to choose a package deal or anything else they put at you. You are fully allowed and supported by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to pick and choose the goods and services you want.nnI am taking Elder Law currently and had no idea about the Funeral Rule- educate yourself before making a decision based on grief and bullying tactics.
