I have two big great dane mastiff mixes with various health problems, the staff here is very helpful and patient with a very efficient and effective scheduling method with clear instructions. Because of my boy's size I often get very nervous about taking him into public settings (not because of what he could do but the stigma against large dogs) the staff are very understanding and have many open seating areas to allow me to separate my dogs from those that could bother him. All of the staff are very straightforward and clear about what is happening in the procedures and the costs associated - forever my #1.

One of the best veterinarians I've been to over the years. Very knowledgeable and keeps up with information - most vets don't mention how grain free food leads to heart disease. My girl is now gone so I won't have a reason to go here anymore other than to pick up her ashes but I've always been very pleased with this clinic.

They were really rough in how they handled our rabbit. They cut his nails so short they bled all over the place. Our rabbit was very distressed. They didn't check him very thoroughly: just took his temperature, looked at his teeth, looked inside his ears and felt his abdomen. They asked about his diet, but they didn't go beyond that. I had to initiate most of the conversation about his well-being. It kind of felt like they didn't want to deal with a rabbit. The head receptionist also scolded the younger trainee in front of me and another client. I felt really bad for her. I'm never going back. I felt horrible for our sweet rabbit.

My dog hurt her paw, but I didn't know how. Dr. Andrix asked questions and listened attentively wanting to make sure that he gave the best treatment possible to my dog, Friday. The staff was kind and efficient. They patiently answered all my questions when they made the follow-up call. Friday is completely recovered. It was by far the cleanest vet clinic I've ever visited. St. Cloud is lucky to have them.

Very disappointed today with client service. Waited over an hour for a nail clipping with no apology until the last minute. When asked how much longer I should wait, was simply told when's room is available. Very poor experience today.
