My family goes here and they are wonderful. They explain everything you need to know about your pet clearly and thoroughly. They are open to questions and personable even in these times of not being able to go in the office.
This place deserves more than 5 stars. My cat was attacked by something about a week ago, I called Aussie and they brought me in right away. I did not have to wait, they were so understanding and kind and loving to my sweet cat, and just plain awesome! Best clinic ever. I had heard great things about this place from some of our neighbors but after being there, I get why people love to take their pets here.
This Vet is beyond remarkable, but be prepared to wait. The last two visit to his office we have waited hours to be seen. I have a bulldog so he can become over excited. Please be prepared incase of long wait times. He overheated from being in the car for so long, I had to run inside another store to purchase water for him. I called the vet but the receptionist really had no concern. Love the vet.. ehh to the staff. But we can’t have our cake and eat it too.
My visit was slightly unwelcoming. I usually got to Bravo animal clinic. I have 3 dogsnThe baby had been itching alot which made me alarmed. When I arrived the front desk ladies were a bit cold. I can assume because it was 20 minutes until closing. I apologized for the time on which i showed up. It felt as if I was bothering. I advised that i know its Saturday and i dont want to keep anyone longer. My dog is little and she is not a hassle. It was a moment until they even acknowledged me. One was sitting on her phone and the other was on the computer. Its like they just wanted me to disappear.nI felt that the staff was very straight forward and to the point during the physical. The doctors were very nice and sweet. My main issue was i think the manager who kept reminding me that they had to leave the office immediately even though i was trying to pay immediately and although it was 1:52. My overall visit was fast but to me the staff that assisted me could have been a bit nicer. I just moved back and just became manger of an elite marketing firm in coral gables. Many of the associates live in cutler bay. I would recommend the clinic for rapid attention however for customer service and friendliness i cant say I was happy.
Horrible experience. Our dog Rocky was attacked by 3 large dogs we found him all beat up in super bad conditions and was missing a piece of head but was still breathing. We rushed him to this hospital because it was the closets one to us. As soon as we get there they tell us that they can’t take him in. They denied him even though he was still breathing and losing a lot of blood. They had no compassion for our poor dog that really needed their help. We had to rush him somewhere else while he was still losing a lot of blood. Took him somewhere else and they accepted him we left him there because they told us he had to stay 2 nights. 2 hours later after leaving him there we got the news that he passed away. Maybe if this hospital would’ve cared about his well-being and took him in from the jump instead of us driving elsewhere to see if they would take him then maybe we would of still had Rocky with us. It’s a shame that they didn’t even try to save him it’s just negligence. It’s like any other human arriving to a hospital in bad conditions losing a lot of blood and having them tell you that you have to go to another hospital because they don’t want to do nothing for you. These personnel disgusts me.
