We have our dog molly and cat Repunzel they love going to Northgate they are always very calm and very well taken care of we trust our veterinarians.From the girls at the desk to the assistant's. Our animals are very well taken care of Thank you Northgate.

The care our dog received was exceptional.nThey are very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend them.

We had taken our dog to Northgate Animal Clinic (Leesburg, FL) for the past 7 years. They generally have us wait 20-30 minutes after arriving on-time for an appointment. On this occasion, we set an appointment and did arrive approximately 4-5 minutes late due to traffic (this was our first time being late). We had never been told of such a policy. They said that we were 9 minutes late and that their policy was to refuse any customers that were 7 minutes late. She stated that our appointment was set for 5 minutes before the time that they had told us it was when we made the appointment. We were within their 7 minute late timing, except for her changing our appointment time to 5 minutes before the actual appointment. The person behind the counter argued with us about the actual time, and clearly showed that she was not interested in having us as a customer any longer. She was argumentative and stated that we were not going to be seen. We didn't argue with her, and showed her the respect that she didn't show us. It is our opinion, that she should be fired for talking to customers as she did. We will find another vet for our dog. We referred others in the past, but certainly will not do so in the future.

Awesome office and staff. New to the area and made the right choice in Veterinary Care.

Was great for several years but handled the pandemic poorly and their service in general has declined. Zero precautions and openly proud of not wearing masks etc. Not a good look for a profession that is literally a science.
