Patrick Fulton went above and beyond to ensure all of the details for Arlington National Cemetery were correct and handled. Patrick really eased a lot of the stress. I appreciate the professionalism and the kindness that he displayed.
Buyers has done a great job at handling our relatives there gave been 5 total and each one was handled with dignity and great care. Beth is awesome with peper work!! Thanks so much for making a difficult time easier!
Absolutely horrible. Staff was not helpful, packages are not satisfactory. Had to call for every detail. Didn't openly offer information...45 minutes into viewing ,grandmother still in hearse in 100⁰ temps. Felt very much like just another customer, no extra care, no making sure there isn't anything they could do. Asked for dirt to throw on casket , nothing supplied. Very sad place. Very unhappy.
Mr Fulton has gone above & beyond assisting us with arrangements from beginning to end paying attention to every detail and adhering to my mother in law’s wishes. We can’t thank them enough for walking us thru this difficult time with such compassion, professionalism and diligence. Dave helped us make arrangements for our father and Patrick helped us before and after the services. The costs were reasonable and the process went very smoothly. Everyone was sensitive to our loss and very courteous.
