I contacted Just Roses after 'stumbling' across an email from another shop that they could not process my order as they no longer delivered to that area. AN EMAIL...not a call....not a text and ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. UG! Just Roses was MORE then happy to help me with a same day delivery! When a substitution had to be made....they called me! it was a great transaction, amazing customer service and I will absolutely use them for next years delivery!
