Shelby's Floral

I ordered succulents for my husband since he's not a flower guy.nWhen I saw what arrived I was shocked. What a Terrible disappointment. There were barely enough succulents to to even know they are there. The vase is a pickup, they didn't even fill the bed. What was supposed to be special just left me sad, frustrated and a little angry that I basically paid for a ceramic pick up truck.

Really nice floral shop, put together a beautiful arrangement in just 5-10 minutes.

Customer service was amazing!! The clerk that helped us was sincere and helped us out alot. I would highly recommend this place for any of their needs.

I ordered an arrangement for my mother for mother's day about 3 weeks ago, I was super excited because I am never on time with things and for once I was gonna be early. Unfortunately I made a small little mistake and put the wrong street address and did not realize it. I waited all day for my mother to receive it and by 4:30 pm I was a little concerned so I decided to call and ask, I did not get the woman's name that I spoke to on the phone however she figured out the mistake I had made and informed me that the arrangement had been delivered to the address I had mistakenly put down. She said she would try to retrieve the items but if she was unable to she would have a new arrangement delivered the next day. I was incredibly grateful considering it was my fault for putting down the wrong address. About an hour or so later I received a call from my mom letting me know that they had delivered some chocolate to her and let her know they were unable to get her original arrangement back and that they would make a new one and have it delivered to her tomorrow. I would just like to say thank you Shelby's Floral for going out of your way and going above and beyond and to the woman that I spoke with, You are amazing and I truly appreciate it. Thank you!
