Dr. Benson and her staff are amazing!! Isabelle has welcomed all 8 of my phone calls following my cat’s surgery and has done so very caring and professionally. Dr. Benson is very knowledgeable and anytime I’ve brought my dogs or cat here she takes the time to talk and explain what is going on with our babies, I feel like I get a little vet lesson when I speak with her! I will forever recommend Victoria Park Animal Hospital, they have earned every star!

I just moved to Florida two months ago and the animal hospital was highly recommended to me. But, s it is nationwide due to the Covid epidemic, they only do curbside, that is to say you arrive, you call them on the phone. Someone takes your pet inside, a vet examines it etc. and someone returns the pet. In my case the veterinarian who owns the practice called me with the news that my cat had Kidney disease. She was reading the results of the bloodwork etc. and was excellent in then emailing them to me. She also emailed a prescription. Very professional. However, and this is not their fault, but the impersonal nature it is unsettling. Who knows what goes on inside? You pet can't tell you. Regardless, the Vet Clinic owner had not even met my cat, and that made me feel even more removed from the experience knowing that she had not even met my kitty. Obviously I would have preferred the vet who had examined her call me.. Of course it is normal. The whole vet and pet situation is weird and he relationship with vets is gone. It feels as if no ones cares. I can't wait until it is over.

Dr. Benson is the best! She takes such a personal interest in your pets, and takes time to follow up and answer all of your questions. She never makes you feel rushed or that your pet isn’t her top priority. Additionally, the staff at Victoria Park Animal Hospital are the sweetest, you always know your animals are in good hands!

My family just moved to the area and we had to make a unexpected appointment for our fur baby. They weren't able to get us in the same day but recommend that if she had to be seen sooner than they could direct me where to go if need be. We were able to wait till the next day appointment and everything went very smoothly. They came out and took my fur baby in to be examined. The doctor ended up finding something additional to my findings and recommended a treatment. My baby girl is doing much better and I couldn't be happier with the service that they provided for her! Very friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Dr Birkin is excellent and staff are respectful of clients time and don't leave you waiting forever. Do not try to use their restroom though!
