I found a stray dog walking down the main street and picked him up. Went my Vet and they found out he was microchipped, called the owner and they're on their way. They have such love for the pets that come there. What a blessing for Copper (dog's name) and his owner. ud83dudc36❤ufe0f

They lost and/or never kept records of my dogs vaccines and we didn’t find out until almost a year later when we took him in for a possible infection and they had nothing. They are great with the animals but you can’t trust a place that can’t keep records of things as important as vaccinations. This is the second incident we’ve had concerning their shotty record keeping, so I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone take their fur babies there. It’s a shame really, the Vet herself is very friendly and knowledgeable, but the front office just can’t be trusted to keep track of things.

Rockledge Animal Clinic is not my normal vet, but I needed to get my cat looked at sooner than my normal vet was able to see him. I was happy they got me in last minute, but quickly regretted it. They gave my cat a medication intended for dogs for an ear infection. I brought him home and when I took him out of the carrier he couldn’t walk and his eyes were so dilated. Brought him back and was told it’s a side effect from the medication and they’ll keep him there for the day (Saturday) and I’ll get a call in the afternoon to see if I can pick him up. Well they closed at 11 and I’m under the impression someone would call me since that’s what they said. Not one person called me and there’s no emergency number or alternate number to call. All I wanted was an update! I dropped him off at 10 and I finally get a call at 6:30. The vet tech called me to let know she’s the on call tech assuming I knew he was going to be there for a couple days and his status. I didn’t know a thing about him because the vet never called me. I had to drop him off again because he wasn’t getting any better and once again no phone call or anything. All this happened on 12/19 and today is 1/2 and he’s still having issues. I brought him to my normal vet and they told me the medication they gave him is not for cats and a very strong drug. Because of the medication he might have permanent damage all thanks to the vet at Rockledge Animal Clinic.

Been taking our fur babies here for many years and the staff and doctors are fantastic. Wouldn't entrust their health with anyone else.

STAY AWAY. I would NEVER take any of my fur babies here again. The lack of miscommunication and professionalism from all of the staff is disappointing. I trusted this office for years, but be aware this is not the same Rockledge Animal Clinc we used to know. I am very dismayed in the new staff, especially one of the vets.
