Scheduled a visit for a neutering.nGot there was told he needed shots first. Was told he would get the shots before he got neutered. All one visit.nNo. Had to drop him off for shots then reschedule for his procedure.nKeep my cat all day for one shot.nThen 2 weeks away before he gets neutered. I would have scheduled both at the same time if I'd known.nPoor management skills.nAct like my time isn't valuable.

After several years of taking my fur babies to Banfield, today’s treatment of my chihuahua caused me to request my records and cancel the wellness plan for both pets. After 12 years of taking my babies to Banfield, I was shocked at the treatment or lack of treatment Bella received today! The doctors no longer take the time to properly treat each pet. It’s all about the money! I am so angry!
