These guys and girls are very accommodating and very understanding. They take good care of our pups and send video's when we board them. Always a pleasure working with Woodland and with the new app PetDesk, I can keep up to date on all their needs. Cant say enough good about these guys.
The visit was efficient and friendly. I was running late but they were gracious enough to call me and allow me more time. They also took us quickly because I needed to get my dog's tags right away. The doctor call me while I waited in car and gave me a full report on my dog.nI called another office and they acted too important too fit me in. I said forget you. Nobody's so busy I have to wait weeks to get my dog basic shots.
I've been taking my oldest dog here for about 6 years now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say! I've boarded her here when I go on trips and I know she is always well taken care of! David sends me updates and videos of her in the dog park! Margret is the sweetest. And Dr. Armor knows her stuff! ALL of the staff are wonderful, kind, and caring people! Now we've added a pup to the family, German Shepherd, and of course he is learning to love the vet like our older dog!
I had a wonderful first visit with Woodland Veterinary Hospital. I work in the Veterinary field at an emergency hospital in Suffolk and feel at ease with how quick Woodlands response times are and happy with their Covid protocols they’re implementing. Would definitely recommend.
The Dr. herself, along with her assistants are AWESOME!! The tall male receptionist though.. He is going to put a hurting on your business! HE IS THE RUDEST PERSON!!!!!! ud83dude21 Although I appreciate the Dr and all she did to help my girl, I don't think I'll be returning due to the way I was treated by your receptionist! People can make or break a business!!
