Very friendly
I love Dr Springer and his staff. They are kind to me, loving to my pets and work with me. They never try to get me to do things my pets don't actually need.

Very unprofessional, messed up test results, won't return!nIt was under my daughter. Her dog's thyroid test wasn't don't properly.nWhen we decided to change vets, it took over 3 weeks to get the records to the new vet bc they kept sending only the vaccination records. Then the girl I talked to on the phone was rude after telling her she sent the wrong records. I told Highlands I was changing vets and needed all the dog's records transferred. Wouldn't you think that would include records that showed a medical problem such as thyroid deficiencies to be sent. At no time did I ask for only the vaccination records. I asked for all the dog's records.
I am from out of state visiting, but my dachshund Sasha needed her toenails trimmed, Diane did a terrific job!
