I know my pets are receiving the best care possible with the doctors and staff at Edinburgh! Everyone takes their time and treats even my most anxious pup with the sweetest demeanor to help her feel comfortable. My dogs who have had surgery recovered beautifully with no complications, and they make routine care very convenient with a variety of office hours.

We were referred to Dr. Campbell from another vet. My husband and I were lost on what to do because our dog had been through 2 orthopedic surgeries and the pin from the second surgery started to move and stick out the side of his elbow. Dr. Campbell was absolutely amazing. After he took X-rays and pulled the pin out, he came out to our vehicle himself to talk to us about what was going on. It’s very rare that the doctors come out to talk to the clients themselves. He pulled up his Xrays and pointed everything out and answered all of our questions. The total cost was extremely fair and below average in my honest opinion. I highly recommend this place

I just moved here and my neighbor recommended this vet. She said they were the best around however that is not what I experienced. I made an appointment for my puppy and made it clear that all she needed was the rabies shot and that’s all I wanted them to do nothing else. The wellness visit was $30 and the rabies shot is $18. $48 is what I should have been charged all together yet I was charged $130.71! They charged me for 6 months of heart worm medicine and 6 months of flea and tick medicine (neither of which I asked for nor did I receive) they also charged me for a nail trim that I didn’t ask for and a whole extra vaccine that I did not ask for nor did I approve! I don’t even know what they put in my puppy! After I left several messages they called me back and refunded the medicine and the nail trim ($49.21) but not the extra disposal fee that went with the nail trim and not the extra vaccine that I did not request or agree to. So in the end I still paid $81.50 for what should have been a $48 visit. They are using corona and social distancing to pull one over on people because we can’t go inside to see what they’re doing. I don’t even know what this extra vaccine I paid for is but I know it wasn’t necessary which is why I turned it down. Who even knows if they gave her the extra vaccine.. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just charged it but didn’t give it, like with the medicines. Long story short, I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend them! Don’t waste your money I’m sure there’s plenty of better places to go that won’t scam you.

We have been bringing our sweet girl, Luna to Edinburgh Animal Hospital for about a year now. We love the care this Vet Clinic provides. This is the only place we trust to bring our pup, she is never anxious when walking in and loves the Vet Techs and Docs. Even with the new changes due to Covid-19 they continue to create an environment that eases my worries and keeps Luna healthy & happy. We now live in Virginia Beach and still make the drive to give Luna the best medical care, that is what Edinburgh Animal Hospital will provide. I highly recommend!
