I don't understand the reviews for this place. I took my hospice dog there for end of life care and the staff was phenomenal. I mean I could not have asked for a group of more caring and compassionate people while going through this. I had previously used a vet with an almost 5 star review total and they were nothing close to what they were advertised. Makes me wonder who is doing the reviews. I highly recommend this vet hospital and I will be using them in the future.

I had to say goodbye to my 21 year old cat last night. We arrived at about 1220. The doctor and staff were very compassionate. We made the hard decision to say goodbye. She was brought out to us and we held her the entire time. The doctor then let us stay with her as long as we wanted. The cost was reasonable. We left at about 2:30. I am grateful that the staff helped make a difficult time a bit easier.

Having to say goodbye to your beloved fur baby isn’t easy but the staff made it as easy as possible. They were respectful of our feelings and time. We were able to stay as long as we wanted and the veterinarian that we saw explained the process and expectations with the utmost compassion.

So i called 8 or 9 other vets and they all told me 5+ hour waits. So my last resort living 45 minutes away was here. They told me that I could come in and there was no wait.nI make my drive, I call saying I'm here, get checked in and I wait...... and I wait and I wait and I wait. I understand it's busy because of COVID and I try to be understanding but um... I see 5 other animals go in after I was already here and so I decide to call. Oh lets get you checked in and get your information, so I do. Then I wait, and wait and wait while more animals are going in after I had been waiting at this point for 1.5 hours. So I call again, oh have you gotten paperwork yet....no. okay I'll send someone out with it. At this point I've been here 4 hours. And then my cat is finally taken back after I call yet again. An hour later the vet calls, we talked cool. Then I wait almost 45 minutes and I'm getting nervous, finally get to talk to the vet again and they should be done soon. At this point I've been here 5? hours and still haven't left.ndon't know I'm exhausted. The lady walking around was nice, the vet was nice and knowledgeable, but will I ever come again? No. Will ever recommend? No. Talk about a super expensive wait... 6 hours

The staff was amazing. The vet was kind and caring. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the waiting period. We got there at 1:30 and didn't leave til about 8pm. As a medical professional myself I know what its like to be backed up. Its really no ones fault. Because of COVID most vet clinics are not doing walk ins. The price was decent. Cheaper than other vet hospitals I've taken my last cat to. We do anything for our fur babies. I wish the human ED departments would have their human patients wait outside instead of having everyone crammed into the ER.
