I originally ordered an arrangement online that included orchids, which they did not have. So I called the business to order another arrangement. The arrangement cost $79.99 and was supposed to be full and bright and beautiful like in the 1st picture. The 2nd picture is what arrived. It is mostly greenery with lillies not even opened up. It is not full at all! Not only that but it was supposed to be delivered on my mother in laws birthday and they delivered it a day early. THEN to compensate, they offered to deliver a 2nd arrangement on her birthday. I said that was fine and the call ended. Moments later I got a phone call from a very rude man saying that in order to get the 2nd arrangement, they would be taking back the 1st one! This was for my mother in laws birthday! How are they going to try and take back the arrangement THEY messed up to give her an new one that they cannot guarantee will be any better than the 1st?!?!? This place is horrible!

I am so glad that I found AMCS Flowers and Personal Services today!! I wanted to order a floral arrangement to be delivered today to a close relative. I chose an arrangement and the owner, herself, assisted me with all the details. She even took a picture of the actual arrangement and texted it to me, texted me when the arrangement was about to be delivered, and then texted me a picture of the arrangement once it was delivered. My relative loved the flowers and the beautiful vase it came in. I could not have asked for flowers and service any better than what I experienced today. I will always contact this florist for any future floral needs! What a great experience!!!
