Ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries & a balloon bouquet for my daughter for Valentines Day. The earliest it could be delivered was the day after Valentines Day. I was at work, but saw them make the delivery through my ring app. They only had strawberries, so I called my daughter at home & told her to flag them down before they leave for the rest of the order. They told her to call the store because that was all that was on their van. This was delivered at 4:18. I called the store when I got a break at work which was close to 5:00. They told me the balloons couldn’t be delivered today because they were closing. I requested a full refund. The only thing that can make this better is if they would deliver the strawberries & the balloons together like they were supposed to come. I have a small business & if it were me, I would’ve still delivered those balloons today like they were suppose to come. Will never order from them again because it wasn’t worth the money that it cost. I only ordered because that’s all my 15 year old wanted for Valentines Day, an order from Edible Arrangements.

I needed same day delivery for a birthday gift the day after Valentine's Day! So grateful I called this Edible Arrangements location because Zena was patient, kind, and accommodating. She put me totally at ease about my order. Will order again from this location! Thank you!

I understand that you get busy and especially with crazy weather that orders can’t be done because of dangers. But at least have the professionalism to send an email out to customers that you won’t be doing services. And don’t blame the weather for your poor customer service skills in not informing your customers. You can create an automated message to let customers know you are closed and orders will not be completed. Worst service. Tried twice to use this company in two years and twice never delivered on anything. Worst service, no products to even rate.

If I could zero stars I would. Purchase an arrangement for my wife and the items came to the door in poor quality. She could not eat what was delivered. I called store requesting either a refund or an exchange. I was told an exchange would be required. No further communication was provided nor was a refund provided for my purchase. Consumers should beware of this location.

I ordered a fruit basket for a dear friend for their birthday. It was to be delivered next day. On the day of delivery, there was no basket. I did receive an email stating I was not home to receive the delivery even though I was here waiting on it. Refund my money now and cancel the order. Unbelievable!
