Had a birthday floral order I needed for a dear relative in the Midlothian area. Appreciated that they were available 24 hours as I almost forgot to place the order! Had to speak to the owner and an error I made in placing the order online. She was very sweet and accommodating. I received a picture of the flowers from the recipient and they're gorgeous. I have used this florist many times to order flowers for my aunt who lives locally (as I do not). Every bouquet has been absolutely gorgeous, and I’m not exaggerating! The bouquets are beautiful from ALL angles (as you’ll see in the attached photos of the latest one I had delivered) Even during such a crazy time as we are all navigating how to do business during COVID, this florist has gone above and beyond to make the process of ordering from afar easy and seamless. They are such experts in putting together the perfect bouquet for any occasion and were wonderful to talk to on the phone so I got to have lots of input of the overall look I wanted. I can’t recommend them enough!
Ordered flowers for a friend with a new baby, called on a Wednesday and a beautiful bouquet was delivered to the family Thursday morning. No muss, no fuss, just friendly service and delightful flowers. We will absolutely shop local with Pandora's Posies again. Thanks!
