I placed an order for a funeral arrangement and it was beautiful..I had questions because I don't know alot about flowers and the owner was very helpful and kind
Tried to send flowers to a friend for her birthday and placed an order with heaven scents. Ended up finding a better deal else where so called to cancel and of course no answer. Left a voicemail stating who I was and that I did not need the order anymore. I never got a returned phone call so figured that was that. Well the flowers ended up being delivered regardless and a day later even though it said it would be delivered the day of and I was charged. I called to get my money back stating that I already had flowers delivered and that I had called to cancel. She said she would look into it and call me back... that was a week ago. The card on the flowers was very unprofessional and hand written. She is very unprofessional and rude and I will never use this service again.
Very rude on the phone when asking a simple question. Glad I didnt spend a dime on this company
