Overall great! The veterinarians and techs are all so kind. They're great at explaining my dog's needs to me. My dog also loves going to the vet because of all the treats you give him! My dog can also be a bit anxious and your staff is able to put a calming effect on him. The staff is friendly and competent. The quick response to emails and phone calls is also appreciated.

We took our 14.5 year old lab here after an awful experience at another vet in town. All I can say is that is am so happy that we took her to Black Dog! Everyone was so caring and nice. The doctors, techs, and front desk people were awesome! They actually listened to my concerns. They put in the effort to clean and wipe down the seats and counters before I went into the room, they even offered me coffee! I could really tell they cared, felt just like family. They took really good care of our pup Summer, I really felt like she was in the best hands! I will forever recommend them to anyone who is looking for an awesome vet!

The staff is very professional. The team has handled COVID well, having owners and pets wait outside. The vets have been terrific in handling all our puppy needs, vaccinations and spaying. They always follow up to ensure all is well and have reacted well to our needs. It's also great they offer nail trims! We appreciate the clear and concise communication.
