My best friends father passed away and I wanted to send her some flowers while she was in town at his home. I called and picked out an arrangement on the website . They were very nice and accommodating. I had a lot of names to add to the card and they waited as I spelled them all out. My only 2 things I would have wished were different was I was hoping to have my delivery sent on Saturday because I wasn't sure when she would be flying home. I found out she wasn't planning to leave until Tuesday so Monday ended up working out. I ended up being really busy on Monday and remembered I hadn't heard anything about the flower delivery. The shop was closed when I was going to call and when I spoke with my friend she hadn't mentioned anything. About a half hour later or so I got a text stating they were being delivered. It was about 6:00 at night. I didn't realize they were going to be delivered so late. I wished we would have spoken about a time. In the end it all worked out. She got the flowers. The bouquet was put together beautifully and looked exactly like I was hoping. I loved how many hadn't bloomed yet so it would last a while to enjoy. Even though it was later than I hoped, the tracking was nice. It gave me a time frame and then when they were being delivered. Ordering over the phone was a breeze. I had already picked out the bouquet I wanted from the website, but I think they would work to put something together too. I liked how the cards were printed. With all the names I wanted to add, I didn't get elaborate, but it turned out pretty.

I placed an order on a Friday to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday evening, I received an email saying the flowers would not be delivered until Wednesday. I called to ask how I would be compensated for this inconvenience. The person who said they were the owner was angry and belligerent. She blamed me for placing the order after hours on a Friday. She yelled and screamed at me that she would be happy to cancel the order. Them she hung up on me. This store's operational inefficiencies should not be the problem of the customer.

We are out of state and ordered an arrangement we chose from their website to be delivered. It looked exactly the same as the picture and they were extremely kind and helpful! Will use them again!!

I had a great experience with this flower shop. The prices were good, the delivery was as promised and the flowers were beautiful. They sent me a picture of exactly what my recipient was getting and they also let me know when the delivery was on its way with real time tracking. All the communication was wonderful and I will surely be using them for future purchases!
