Worst place to place an order they don't deliver on time and makeup excuses that they where busy, they could should come out with a better excuse in this kind of business

Did not get what I ordered at all. I even sent them a text message with a picture of what I wanted (Which they said over the phone and text that they would do) and it did not come out at all of what they promised. Ruined surprise of a milestone event for my mother with cheap arrangement delivered to her. Don't bother trying to get a hold of them because they were terrible at answering their phone and text messages. In addition, they did not deliver flowers on time. Sad but this is a prime example of why many businesses do not make it in Douglas. Next time I need flowers delivered to Douglas, I will make sure to simply order online and not local.
