I loved the floral book hey you made for my sister for Sibling's Day!!!! As it turned out, she was in Denver for the day so I was up at her house pet sitting and was able to see the flowers when they were delivered. I was so highly impressed with the quality and freshness of the bouquet.nnI believe your florist is the best florist in Colorado Springs. I am living abroad at the moment, so finding a florist for my mom's birthday required a lot of trust for a first time customer. There was a snowstorm on the day the flowers were supposed to arrive at my mom's house, and Lilly sent me a personal message to explain the situation and give an estimated date for when the flowers would be redelivered. Really nice personal touch (and no worries about the delayed delivery - no one could have delivered in those snowy conditions!)
First time customer for a special birthday. Service at store was great. Received an email with photo of final product. Flowers were delivered on time, in the middle of a major snow storm.
A long distance special occasion... my mother in law's 95th birthday...required a special gift. Though we live in Tennessee, Bloom Bar & Co. helped us deliver 95 roses to her assisted living so that she could share with her friends and neighbors! Great communication and care from Lilly and a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with the way they handled this with love.
great customer service. I emailed three separate places in town and not only were they the only ones to reply, but they responded very promptly to my various emails. When I walked in, even though it had been weeks since I'd talked to them, they greeted me by name, remembering what I had asked for, and served me quickly. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
