Ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and was very happy with the overall service that was provided. My wife loved the flowers! Natalie, the rep that delivered the flowers, did a great job of communicating with me what was going on every step of the way.

Standing in front of the shop at 3:45pm on a Thursday. Not open, as shown on the hours posted online and on the front of the shop. Edited Google hours to reflect this apparent change.nnEdit after response from owner:nnSign in door said “pull hard,” and owner says I was mistaken when I determined that the shop was closed. I did see the sign, and I did pull hard. The shop was dark, and the closed silver deadbolt was clearly visible through the gap between the black door and frame. The store was closed during posted hours.
$30-40 worth of flowers for $141.05nI have lived in the area for over 11 yrs now and used Cindy’s several times. I will say this... if you go to the store, you will get GREAT service and GREAT flowers. However, If you order online, you will get screwed. I ordered the pictured flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day (I was out of town and couldn’t go buy them in person). I had been screwed before buying online, but that was through 1-800-flowers. I thought it would be different this time because I ordered off of Cindy’s website, I was wrong... and, of course, I went the extra mile and upgraded to the supreme option. My wife received what she figured was about $30-40 worth of flowers... maybe $50 on Valentine’s... I paid $141.05.nnThe local grocer’s have really picked up their game in the floral department... and now they deliver!! I think I’ll be using them from now on.
