The staff are rude, incompetent and ghetto. Harrison and Ginger are very unprofessional. Don't waste your money on this company.

The staff are terrible and don't listen to families. They repeatedly lose paperwork and made many mistakes where it took months to get monies back from family members policies because the incompetence of the group.nnIt is hard enough to deal with the losing a loved one. Ginger is rude and incompetent.nnIt hard when having to deal with the incompetence of this group.nnDo not do business with Thompson Funeral home they provide terrible service.nnYou don't deserve the headache.

I have entrusted Thompson Rose Chapel LLC several times for my love ones. The Staff was very compassion to our needs. They made my Family and I feel very comfortable like they were feeling our hurt along with us. I want to thank Thompson Rose Chapel LLC for their professionalism and being Family to us in our time of need.

Please don't pick this funeral home. They don't respect family wishes. It was a hard time dealing with the death of my father and this funeral home allowed people in when I told them they were not invited. Please avoid this funeral home at all cost. Don't waste your money on them. They make difficult situations worst.nnThe funeral home is lying. If they honored families wishes I would not complain on Google. Please pick a more professional funeral home.

My mother and Sister were handled by Thompson's Rose Chapel. The staff were very professional both times in our time of need.They made me and my family fell very comfortable in my time of need. The staff is very caring. I have friends that also used them and spoke very highly of their excellent service.
