While pre-planning services for my husband and I, all of the ugly memories for my parent’s funerals at Klumps came racing back. My mother insisted on using this place for my father and even after my dad was unrecognizable for his viewing, she pre-planned her service there. Long story short, my family was displeased with Brian’s unprofessionalism. Planning a funeral is difficult to coordinate and not something we do every day, and Brian is not shy about letting grieving customers know of his discontent if you do something wrong. And if that’s not bad enough, he will share it with others including the florist! Well, there is more about him airing his feelings outside of the company, but this review is long enough. So, if you want a company with a good reputation, integrity and professionalism, seek elsewhere. Maybe this is why there was only one review on the website before mine from a company that has been in business since 1921.
