I rarely review any business and never thought I would review a funeral home. But the customer service here was Excellent and I would give more stars if I could. My brother passed away and I had to make arrangements from Michigan. I dealt with Robert who was kind, knowledgeable, straight forward and HONEST. There was no pressure here and the level of compassion really surprised me. Thank you Robert and Staff.
Ozzie and the team at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home are amazing! They were all very helpful, caring and compassionate individuals. They explained the process to us which made us feel more comfortable in leaving my mom in their care. I would highly recommend using this funeral home.
