This is the first time & last time I will order from this floral shop. They hastily put together 5 small flowers in a vase. Paid way too much for this bouquet. If I would have read the reviews beforehand I would have ordered them from another place like Family Fare Floral!
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday; A more Dole Flowers was awesome, excellent customer services, they were very friendly and accommodating; I was able to text them what I wanted on the card, they texted me a picture of the arrangement when it was ready and when it was delivered. Terrible customer service and flowers looked nothing like what was ordered from 1800 Flowers. This flower shop contacted the RECIPIENT and demanded she RETURN the flowers because 1800 Flowers had withheld payment to the shop until things were fixed. As you can imagine, nothing was ever fixed.
It's getting close to be like a year of delivering to this location. And every time I arrived they are prepare for my arrival. The people are very nice and welcomed some of the time they help hold the door for me to bring in the boxes I always look forward to deliver to them ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f
I called 3 other floral shops in town before finding this one. They were the only ones able/willing to deliver a set of flowers for my wife's birthday and I couldn't be happier or more grateful. My wife loved the flowers so they were worth every penny. Thank you so much!!
