First time using this florist and I ordered online a sympathy arrangement. Below is a pick of what I ordered and a picture of what was received by a friend. I understand that Covid-19 has caused problems in the distribution chain and that some flowers may not be currently available BUT anyone blessed with vision can clearly see that the arrangement received is not anything like what was ordered. Terribly disappointed in the final product. In good faith I cannot recommend using this florist.
