I had a shadow box created using my wedding bouquet, a picture from our wedding day and memorial flowers to honor our fathers. It turned out so beautiful and I cannot wait to hang this up in our new home. Bloombeads does amazing work! Thank you Bloombeads, GEARSTA

Last January we lost my grandpa and a friend of mine told me about this place. We went in right after the funeral and took three roses to have one preserved into a shadow box and the others turned into two lockets. We were told our turn around time would be 9 months. Of course when covid happened it slowed production, which we were understanding about it when it took 11 months to get back. Although the pieces did turn out beautiful, a lot of stuff went wrong. First they didn’t even have the correct name on our order. They had both our first name and last name wrong. When we went in to pick up our order, we realized they put our rose into a dome instead of a shadow box (completely different look from what we ordered). When I asked about a discount I was told that I was already receiving a discount since the dome was more costly... but we walked the worker over to show them that the prices were the exact same (I thought it was weird we knew the prices better than the worker?) The associate was very nice though, and explained how they could have it placed into the correct box but it would take a few days which we didn’t have since it was a present and we needed it that weekend (after it already being delayed a few months). So we decided to leave it in the dome (and it still was beautifully done, just not what we ordered).... and then the necklaces seemed to be perfect and what we ordered. BUT.. we were so embarrassed when my grandma opened her necklace to only find out the chain was too small to fit her. We went and measured the chain and that too was NOT WHAT WE ORDERED! We were given a 16” chain when we ordered 18” chains for both necklaces. We went home to measure the other chain to learn it was also wrong..... so our flower shadow box was wrong and our chains for the necklaces were wrong and they couldn’t even put the correct name down for our file. Everything in some degree was wrong. We will be calling in the morning to get this sorted out, but it’s very frustrating to have an error with every piece that we ordered especially since every piece has a very hefty price tag!!!! Like I mentioned, the work that was done is beautiful which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2.nnEdit: After calling they got ahold of their jeweler to send us the correct chains. Although there has been several issues with our order, they did fix the issues. If you order a necklace from here I suggest you check the chain size before leaving the store to avoid this same issue we had.

Our funeral director gave my a brochure on bloombeads and I immediately knew I wanted to pursue this as an option for a keepsake of my mother. My necklace, earrings, and ring was delivered the week before Mother's Day. They were beautiful! I was having a difficult time in my grief processes that week and they are a constant reminder of my mother's beauty. Will be making an additional order. SMIKATH

I want to start off by saying I LOVE the ring that was made from my wedding bouquet. It was pretty expensive, but I was okay with that because I knew it was something I would be able to treasure for a long time. At least I had hoped so. Several months ago I somehow managed to chip my ring. I took it in to get it fixed, and they buffed it and resealed it. I just noticed that the other day that there is now a new chip out of it. I already paid a lot of money for it so I don't want to keep going back and paying for repairs on it as well. And if it's going to keep chipping I see no reason to get it repaired anyway. I have not even had the ring for three years at this point. A little disappointed in the quality.
