The staff has ALWAYS been wonderful, kind, and professional!! When I placed this most recent order, it was at the last minute and I was treated so kindly by Jeff. He took his time with me, answering my questions, and providing helpful suggestions due to the item that I had chosen being unavailable (understandably due to the timing of my order). The arrangement was beautiful and was delivered in a timely manner. It is SO reassuring to know that we can depend on Uptown Flowers being that we reside so far away from our family.
