We are extremely disappointed in Claprood’s customer service. Their website says 100% guarantee!nOur order was wrong, an item omitted and my first and last name was misspelled!nThey received this order from my home florist and I saw the work order—it was perfect. I called the manager and she said she would find out what happened and call me back. She never did! I called again two weeks ago and left a message. The manager has yet to return my call or make an adjustment for flowers set in a dish instead of a basket, no engraved stone that I paid for, and then the embarrassment of having my first and last name spelled wrong! This was a terrible experience. It has been four weeks and no response!
Service is a great way for me.
Such beautiful and high quality flowers!! I have used Claprood's for years and so have my parents! Without fail they always go above and beyond what I could ever hope for. Great, friendly employees too!
