I telephoned in an order for a funeral arrangement, the staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I am not from this area and I usually use 1-800 flowers or pro flowers, but I wanted to try a local business....... I did not have any specific requests, although I wanted to stay in a $40 price point, I was charged $46 which I feel should have gotten me a nice arrangement.nnNext time, I will stick with one of the above resources. I was disappointed with the arrangement that was made for the price I paid. the arrangement was very pretty it contained a cut rose, a lily, several unbloomed flowers, but compared to what is available online for that price, I did not feel Back-En-Thyme was a good value.nnI feel I could have had a comparable arrangement by going to the grocery store and placing a store bought bouquet in a small vase and have accomplished the same affect.nnI did not call to complain, it was pretty, just meager for $46.....I will go with a known source in the future.

In Washington Courthouse for a funeral in Greenfield two days after Christmas. My wife walks in looking to purchase a yellow bouquet for her late grandfather and the lady in the store just wanted to tell her that they can’t make any deliveries today. She then began to recommend other local florists rather than ask how she could help. We are not locals, so maybe this was just a one off.
